more words

i’ve been pounding the words in all weekend and these are all still stuck, they are fighting hard to not get in my head. But I do believe I will win the battle.

recalcitrant
obviate
insouciant
contumacious
obstreperous
excoriate
desultory

Though once again would love any help that you all can give.

From what I have gathered (listen to the WNYC Radio Lab episode on Memory) what you repeat the most in a day is strong the next day, and even more natural the next day than the day you studied. (Everything during your day makes new brain connections, and the things you repeat make stronger connections; sleep weakens all the connections made during the day, so those with stronger connections from repetition will be better remembered the next morning.)
All of which is to say, you’re probably doing just what you need to be šŸ˜‰
